Our technical advisory services supports the maintenance of the measuring equipment every day of the year. Our agreement customers can leave the maintenance and the support requests related to the applications every day of the week.

MAINTENANCE VISITS

We service our agreement customers' lines of in advance according to the annual plan and the need emerging in the telemonitoring. This will prevent production disruptions. Maintenance agreement  customers do not pay separate fee for maintenance work, but all service visits are include in this agreement.

SPARE PART AND REPAIR SERVICES

The response time of the deliveries of the spare parts for contract customers for the stock  products is 2 working days. Spare part deliveries can be made as emergency deliveries, so that the product in the stock can be delivered to the customer on the same day. Genuine spare parts and expert maintenance ensure a long service time of the investments.

STATUS MAPPING

We monitor our contract customers' diagnostic and measurement data in order to ensure high performance. Reports to be provided monthly or according to the need describe the current performance of the production lines. The reports give recommendations to ensure the optimum level of the production line. In connection with the status mapping is also carried out maintenance measures, such as deletion of oversized log files.
